"We have a creek that runs through the course and I wanted to be sure that nitrates were not getting into the waterway so I tired UFLEXX StabilizedNitrogen in 2003. Afterwards we had the water checked where it enters the course, in the middle, and where the creek leaves the course to determine the nitrate levels of the water. There wasn't any change in the level of nitrates in the water. In previous years, although we were well under the guidelines, the nitrates were higher after the water left the course. We didn't have any problem with UFLEXX, it dissolved and completely went into the grass when we cut it. I try to be proactive when it comes to the environment."
