"I find that UMAXX carries over much longer than other fertilizers do and its stabile so it does not burn the lawns. UMAXX lasts 12 to 16 weeks and I know its not leaching away. UMAXX stays in the soil feeding the plant so and I get a nice green growth full without excessive shoot growth that you sometimes experience with non-slow release or a non-Stabilized Nitrogen fertilizers. Plus another benefit is that I don't have use a rate quite as high as I need to be with other fertilizers. I can go to 3/4 of a pound and I seem to get the same results or better results then previously. I don't have to apply as much per 1,000 sq. feet nitrogen as I do with UMAXX and still get the same results do that's a direct money in the pocket to me.
